Hazing, or just holding the new guy to a high standard? That line matters—and we’re walking it in this episode. Mike and Jim break down where real team-building ends and toxic tradition begins. We’re talking SWAT school, academy culture, leadership, and how to onboard new teammates without wrecking morale. This one’s about building teams that are tough, smart, and built to last.

    Hi Jim,
I read your piece in the NOV/DEC 2019 issue of CONCEALED CARRY MAGAZINE. Couldn’t agree with you more on all of the points that you made on both sides of the argument. I was born in NYC, of immigrant Cuban parents who were fleeing Communism, and treasure my GOD given rights under the US Constitution. My parents had personal stories of the actions of a tyrannical government!
    GOD BLESS AMERICA!!
As a life-long NJ resident and lawful gun owner since 1990, I have long-since given up on the possibility that I would ever be granted a NJ concealed carry permit.
Look forward to the day when I escape this progressive, liberal state and move to a state that respects gun rights & the 2nd Amendment!!

I enjoyed your article in volume 17, issue 4. The points you made were well thought out. I would like to see an article that us in the gun community could actually study. Actual statistics of mass shootings and every day shootings that occure and all the laws that already don’t stop these tragic events. It would be nice to have all that information in my head the next time someone says we need more gun control.
Thank you. Please keep me anonymous.
